Reconstruction of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Riga Technical UniversityĶīpsalas street 6A, Riga

The works include reconstruction and energy efficiency enhancement of the existing Faculty of Civil Engineering building of Riga Technical University. The project provides for minimal reconstruction of the existing study building, maintaining the existing constructive and functional scheme and structure of the building.

On each floor, small coffee kitchen areas and special rooms for storing maintenance equipment will be built. Study rooms, sanitary rooms and auxiliary rooms will be re-planned, as well as new study rooms will be built. The main entrance will be expanded. A new entrance in the connecting building, a spacious four storeys high elevator, as well as a new drone launch area on the roof will be created.

The building will have a total of 2237 workplaces.
