Residential and commercial building in Riga

On 17 February 2015, a contract was signed by SIA Merks – part of AS Merko Ehitus group – and SIA Vastint Latvia to perform the construction works of a six-storey multifunctional building at 17A Antonijas street, Riga, Latvia.
The scope of works include construction of two apartment buildings, connected through the common first floor. The parking area and commercial premises will be located on the first floor and 119 fully finished apartments on the upper floors. On the roof of first floor, there will be a green garden. The approximate gross area of the building is 17,406 thousand square metres.
