Cornerstone and time capsule placed at the Magdelēna multifunctional complex Project

On 21 July 2015, cornerstone and time capsule with a message for the future generations was buried by Romans Astahovs, managing director at SIA Vastint Latvia, and Oskars Ozolins (Oskars Ozoliņš), chairman of the board at SIA Merks, as a part of the first stage of Magdelēna complex Project.

Two six-story residential buildings with 109 flats, 3 commercial facilities and 7 live-work type flats with the private area located on the second floor and the work area on the first floor will be constructed during the first round of the Magdelēna Complex Development Project. In effort to maintain pleasant surrounding environment, green area for recreation will be arranged in the yard above the parking lot between both buildings. There will be auxiliary rooms for the needs of the owners of each flat, as well as commercial facilities on the first floor of each building.
