The project is also located in the area attractive for families and those who like both urban comfort and presence of nature,” reveals Mikus Freimanis, real estate development director of “Merks”.The philosophy centre “Merks Duntes Zīles” ensures comfort of inhabitants therefore it was possible to balance the contemporary and comfort elements with energy efficiency which is important in today’s situation. Currently all 4-room apartments are sold, and we see the biggest interest in booking 2-room apartments. There are 13 apartments left in the project.”
