“We are glad that the project has been completed within the expected construction deadlines – approximately within a year since the start of its construction. Buyers are very interested in this project, which reflects a demand for good quality and financially accessible new apartments. The project is also located in the area attractive for families and those who like both urban comfort and presence of nature,” reveals Mikus Freimanis, real estate development director of “Merks”.The philosophy centre “Merks Duntes Zīles” ensures comfort of inhabitants therefore it was possible to balance the contemporary and comfort elements with energy efficiency which is important in today’s situation. Currently all 4-room apartments are sold, and we see the biggest interest in booking 2-room apartments. There are 13 apartments left in the project.”
“Merks Duntes Zīles” is situated in one of the least constructed and greenest areas of Riga, close to Skanste neighbourhood. 2- to 4-room apartments with total area between 40 and 95 m2 and full interior finish of good quality were constructed within the framework of the project. A sense of spaciousness is created by 2.75m ceiling height and a balcony or a loggia in each apartment. The buildings have good quality and safe elevators that can ensure access also to the basement floor of the building with private storerooms for inhabitants, recreation premises of common use or underground parking lots. Project’s territory will be green and with a fence, several ground-level parking lots will be available, too. Furthermore, there will be a recreation area, picnic area and several playgrounds near the historical oaks.
