Preparation works for private house development area in Riga

On 26 November 2014, a contract was signed by SIA Merks – part of AS Merko Ehitus group – and SIA Jaunais Mežaparks to perform territory engineering preparation works for private house development area in Riga, Latvia. The scope of works include the construction of a noise barrier, engineering networks, roads and landscaping of the territory. The private housing development area covers 30 hectares.
