As previously reported, “Merks Mežpilsēta” is a new residential project in one of the greenest neighborhoods of Rīga – Mežciems, which is a popular place for young families to live. The plot of land is in a unique place between Dreiliņupīte, which is planned to be cleaned up, and the forest, where it is possible to take a walk. In the 1st phase of the project, 2 to 4-room apartments with a living area of 35-70 m2 will be available. All buildings will have an elevator – up to the basement, where shared and private storages will be located. The buildings will have children’s playgrounds and gazebos, as well as outdoor parking spaces. Special attention has been paid to security – the project area will be fenced, with video surveillance.
