“Euromoney” proclaims “Merks” as the best residential developer in Latvia

“Euromoney”, an international magazine focused on finance and capital, has proclaimed the “Merks” construction company to be the best residential developer in Latvia in 2017.

For thirteen years already, “Euromoney” has been conducting a real estate market study for the purpose of determining the best developers in 75 countries through expert and market surveys. The study involves polls among investors, financial institutions, developers, consultants and end users, who evaluate real estate service providers in each country. This year, the study took place in May and June.

In 2017, “Merks” has completed the construction of the apartment house project “Skanstes Parks”. Public amenities provided within the boundaries of the project include a public park, children’s playgrounds and the construction of underground parking lots for the convenience of residents. Apart from that, “Merks” has commenced the implementation of the “Gaiļezera nami” project, which is going to involve the construction of several nine-storey buildings, consisting of up-to-date and comfortable 2 to 4-room flats with balconies. Apartments built by “Merks” are notable for elaborate layout, which ensures reasonable usage of the entire living space, and high energy performance that considerably decreases heating costs.
